Material Selection
These dies can use Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) and Tungsten Carbide (TC) as the die blank. PCD inserts drastically reduce wear from the conductor, maintaining centering for millions of meters.

Guaranteed T.I.R. (Total Indicator Runout) < 0.005mm allows for thinner average wall thickness, saving material costs.
