A luxury goods supplier required a sculpted silver wire for jewelry. Previous dies left visible polishing lines and matte patches on the complex curves, requiring expensive manual post-processing.
We employed a specialized multi-axis polishing rig with proprietary diamond abrasives. This allowed us to follow the complex contours of the die bore, achieving a uniform Ra < 0.05µm finish on all surfaces.
